The majority of our men's cuff bracelets are of an industry standard length of 6 1/2 inches. Ideally, most men will be able to wear this length comfortably as each cuff can be stretched slightly to allow for it to go around the wrist and then squeezed back to snuggly fit around the wrist.

These simple instructions tell you how to measure your wrist properly so you can be sure your bracelets will fit right and not too lose. To determine bracelet size using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone (see image).

To clean your cuff, simply use any soft cloth and vigorously rub the bracelet - the tarnishing will come off relatively easily. Be careful not to use hard or textured fabric (like a dishwashing cloth, for example) as that will cause scratching of the silver. If tarnishing is very apparent and not coming off easily, which may happen as your cuff gets older, jewelry cleaner is widely available in any drugstore. Simply dip your bracelet in the solution and wipe it clean.

Theoretically, yes, because the magnetic field affects not only the area immediately next to it but also the area around it. Whether you wear it tight or loose does not make a significant difference. Of course, it will make more sense to place it as close to where the pain is as possible. In the meantime, please be informed that these bracelets are not medical devices and should not be used to replace medical treatment.

How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. It is an elastic material to stretch over your hand. Some people like it loose and floppy, some like it to fit snugly and not move during sports. Either way, it will be just as effective. Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest size to your actual wrist size. If you like a loose fit, select the next larger size than the actual measurement.

First you will need to remove any tight-fitting clothing from your left arm. Now you are ready to put your left arm through the cuff loop. The bottom of the cuff should be about one-half inch above your elbow. Turn your arm so your palm is facing up. Adjust the cuff around your arm so that the tubing runs down the center of your arm. Secure the cuff so it stays in place. You should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and your arm. This space is very important.

The main symptom is pain, especially pain that prevents you from sleeping or wakes you from sleeping at night. Other symptoms are general weakness and inability to use the shoulder, especially in the overhead position. Rotator cuff tears do not heal on their own. However, symptoms of pain can decrease and the function of the shoulder can improve with physical therapy such that surgery may not be necessary.

The first treatment option is a smart course of physical therapy to maintain motion in the shoulder and work towards increasing the strength power and endurance of the rotator cuff muscles. If this conservative management with a strong emphasis on a home exercise program, does not decrease pain and increase function, then surgical alternatives are often considered.

Rotator cuff surgery is primarily done by arthroscopy, through a few small incisions. All damaged rotator cuff structures can be identified and repaired with specialized instruments and highly engineered sewing techniques that reattach the torn tendon(s) back to the humerus.
