All orders from within the EU are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside the EU you might get charged for duty and customs fees, however most smaller packages will make it through customs. We suggest you talk to your local customs office for more information. For any special shipping requests please use the comment box when checking out. First thing you should do is contacting your local post office. Often they forget to leave you a note about your undelivered records.

If you are ordering from within EU Europe, you will pay no customs charges. Most other countries allow small packages to be delivered without charge, but some charge customs duty - please contact your national customs office regarding this subject, as the customer (not BuzzShop) is always liable for any such charges. However, even in these countries, it is possible to avoid customs taxes by ensuring that the value of the package is less than the local tax threshold.

European Union: All deliveries within European Union have no additional charges neither customs fees.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages mailed outside the European Union.

This will depend upon your local customs laws and you may be liable for further charges. Eastern Vogue will always ship garments with a minimum cost declared to ensure our customers do not pay high customs charges.

There are no applicable customs or duty charges for parcels in North America. All international orders will be labeled as "GIFT" and shipping invoice is not included with the value of the products to prevent customs duty charges.

Please note that residents of some countries may have to pay customs or import duty charges on their order. Because these charges are levied by your government and are specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

Under UK law we must declare the weight and value of the goods on all dispatches outside the EEC (European Union). Import duty is then chargeable by your own country ? but on low value products this seems to be waived in many countries.

We do not charge you any sales taxes, nor do our resellers. However, you may be charged customs duty and local taxes. You must check with your local authorities. We do not include any sales receipts with your order. Sales receipt will emailed to you. If you need to have a sales receipt, please make sure you print this email message.

Once we ship the package and it arrives at your Customs office, we have absolutely no control over that package, nor can we exert any influence over your Customs office. They have a lot of power, they set their own policies, which can change at a moment's notice, and they can more or less do whatever they want to do in each situation. They can even use you as fund-raising source.

As long as the games were made in the U.S. there are no charges when they are brought back into America. This is known as "U.S. Goods Returned" and you cannot be charges any customs, tariffs or import duties on goods which were manufactured in the US. Atari, Williams, Bally, Gottlieb, Stern, Sega, Data East are all examples ofUS manufacturers. It depends.

Apart form the delivery expenses if you wish a home delivery, no additional cost has to be envisaged.

The payment you make for your order covers shipping charges from the carrier and the cost of the merchandise itself. We do not charge you for any additional customs duties or other charges assessed by government agencies. Since antiques and art are exempt from import duty, most of your purchases will enter the country duty free. You may be charged customs for items that are less than 100 years old, depending on what they are. This is usually a small percentage of the purchase value. We can offer you a flexible package for the Porcelain Festival or the Doll Festival, including a hotel and rental car.

If you live within the EU, you will not be charged any duty. If you live outside of the EU, you will be liable to pay duty, which will reflect the value of the order.

We try to do what we can to help you with this but ultimately it is in the hands of your government and you may be liable for additional taxes.

Many countries(USA, Taiwan, Australia and Japan) will not charge any custom duty for small package. But if you are charged duty and you live in the USA, Taiwan, Australia and Japan, please send/fax us the receipt within 7 business days and collect your package. We will reimburse you. We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. Import duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, each country has different rules as to how much you can ship at one time and what fees are charged on shipments. We can also not be responsible for any Import duties and Customs charges on returned items. These are costs that are beyond our control and are not factored into any of our pricing or shipping charges.
