Yes, you will have the option to print your certificate online or save to a file folder as soon as you submit the exam and have successfully answered 60% of the questions. We will also mail your certificate via US Post upon an email request. Your Certificate is your proof of completion and dose not have to be submitted to the DRE however it should be kept for at least four years.

You will be able to Log In and Log Out of the course 24 hours a day from any Internet accessible computer using your Driver License Number to Log In. This way the course can be completed at your convenience and all your progress will be saved. Once you complete all 12 chapters of the California Traffic School Course, you must take a final exam. The questions on the final exam are based on the material you have covered throughout the course. You only need to answer 80% of the questions correctly in order pass the course. Best of all, you can retake the final exam as many times as you need at no additional cost.

After successfully completing the course, your State approved certificate of completion will be processed and mailed from our office via First Class U.S. mail on the day that you complete (if you complete prior to 2pm central time), otherwise on the following business day. This means that you should receive your certificate within 5-7 business days from the date you complete the course. If you fail an exam, your certification attempt is considered "incomplete / no pass". You then have two options as described below to register for a retake or challenge the certification, if available. A retake will only become available for registration if a component of the certification has been failed. Retakes are available to certification candidates as a safety net, for those who attempt certification and don’t succeed on their first try.

The final exam may be taken three times. If you do not pass the final exam on the third try, you will need to re-enroll in the online course and pay a new registration fee to take the course again.

Yes. Upon successful completion of your course a certificate will be generated. The certificate will be available in Your Exam center. You can view and/or print this certificate in either standard or wallet size. To print out your certificate in wallet size, choose to print the regular sized certificate at 35% of the original. To do this, choose File -> Print. On the print screen, choose Properties, and reduce the size to 35% on the Paper tab.

Yes. The A.B.A. provides a personalized grade report and Certificate of Completion for each course, which is successfully completed. No. The A.B.A. does provide self addressed return envelopes for all exams; however, the student must provide the postage necessary to mail the exam (normally one First Class stamp).

Yes, I provide a certificate of completion. However, this is not the same as a testing certification, such as offered by the ASTQB or QAI.
