You should expect your check five (5) business days after the 15th of each month. Commissions earned on sales from the 1st to the 31st are paid on the 15th of next month. Commission Checks are sent twice a month on the 1st and 16th with no minimums. The sales you generate from the 1st - 15th get paid on the 1st of the following month. If you have money due and it has not been received, chances are that the you changed your address in your Hale account during our accounting period.

You should have received an acknowledgement approximately the status of your order in about 4-5 business days after you had placed your order. Personal checks require a wait period of 15-18 working days before the tapes can be mailed out, in the event that a check is written on a closed account or on an account containing insufficient funds. Please keep in mind that even though you have access to your personal bank statements, we do not. Therefore, we are unaware of the time of clearance of a personal check. We only find out about the rubber checks - and that news takes 15 working days to reach us.
