GRKda counts words in a smart mode that cannot be found in any other existing word statistic program. GRKda understands HTML language and separates the words that search engines consider in their analyses. The total word count at the top of the Statistic page is the sum of all the words in HTML file that are visible, i.e. are inside an HTML category. GRKda does not take every category into account because the search engine does this too.

The text of the historical paper (Title page, notes, annotated bibliography, illustration captions, and appendix materials that are directly referred to in the text do not count) must be no less than 1, 500 words and no more than 2, 500 words in length. Each word or number in the text of the paper counts as one word. Unlike exhibits, words in quotations do count against the word limit in papers. If it is feasible, try opening the file with the corresponding program, and saving it as a different format. If the format shows as supported in our list, try saving it in the same format, but for an older version of the program. The safest option in this regard is saving it as a "Plain Text File". Ultra320 SCSI has been released allowing for a 320MB/sec data transfer rate. The SCSI specifications allow for the future release of Ultra640 as well doubling the transfer rate again. Yes, our final word count is based on the electronic word count (using specific word count software) of the translated language (source language). This is an industry standard and is really the only consistent way of charging between translators and clients. If this happens when making a search, the Word Count field will show the total words counted on the system for all files. If you know what the real count should be (Total), simply enter it in this field, and the system will use your number instead of the "automatic count". All classes count as a Q-drop except for one-hour classes (i.e. KINE 199, BIMS 101). There is one exception to this rule: if a science lab is Q-dropped and the lecture section is not, it will be considered a Q-drop.
