If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery we will attempt to leave the flowers securely on the property. If that is not possible, we will try to leave the flowers with neighbours. Either way a card will be left at the recipient's address to inform them where the flowers have been left.

We will endeavor to deliver all orders as best we can, however on Mother's Day, if the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave the flowers in what he/she deems to be a safe location. If there is nowhere safe to leave the order at the residence, please have the roses sent to a business or safe residential location. In the event that our couriers deem the location unsafe, the flowers will be returned to dispatch and a RosesByDesign delivery notice will be left in the letterbox and inbox.

Your flowers will be delivered by UPS. The courier will try to deliver the flowers during working hours. In case you are not present the courier will leave a contact card stating that they have tried to deliver your flowers. They will try to deliver your flowers again next day. Please note: They will try to deliver the flowers up to three times.

top In an unforeseen circumstance of the recipient’s refusal to take delivery of the order, the same shall be informed to the client and the order shall be treated as completed, and no request for refund shall be entertained.

If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave a card requesting that the recipient contact the delivery company on the number provided on the card to arrange an alternative date for delivery. In the event that the gift has to be re directed by the Courier they impose a fee of $15.00 which we will pass on to you as an additional charge.

Every package we send ships via FedEx; however, a package can not be delivered to a PO BOX. A direct signature is required for the delivery unless we are notified otherwise. If you wish for your package to be delivered without a signature, please send an email to service@bellybella.com at the time of your order specifying that you are allowing the release of the package without a signature.

Our florist member will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the florist is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient, the florist will immediately inform us of the non-delivery and you'll be informed either via phone or Email that no delivery could be made.

The package would be delivered to the alternate recipient. In the event an alternate recipient is not named, the executor of the recipient's will/estate may obtain a court order naming a party to whom the delivery should be made and our company will gladly ship the package to such named party. In the absence of a court order, the package will be turned over to the State's unclaimed property section.

Parcels sent using all modes of shipping will be delivered to the consignee only. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you may have to collect the parcel from your local post office. Generally post offices give 2-3 tries before giving up on it.

Find a neighbor to accept the gift. We will try very hard trying as many as 10 neighbors, When we find a neighbor we will leave a tag on the front door of the recipient indicating where the delivery was left and what time, our driver will also call the recipient phone number and leave a message. If we are unable to find a neighbor we will leave a note on the door of the recipient's home asking them to call us and schedule an appropriate delivery time or redirect the gift to another location.

If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted, the florist may choose to do one of the following: Call the recipient ahead of time to make sure that they are going to be there or to schedule an appropriate time. We always recommend that someone be able to receive shipments. If no one is available at delivery time, FedEx will leave your package at your front or back door. If the driver deems the weather conditions severe or risk of theft high, they may leave a “request for pick up” note. We take very good care of our flowers and hope you do as well, please have someone available at delivery time, we are not responsible for deliveries left at the door.
