Edit the current DNS info with the DNS info from your hosting company. Do not worry about the IP addresses as they self configure after you save the changes. Do not check the remove next to the IP addresses unless you want to remove a specific name server - DNS, IP and all. If you do remove a name server and the DNS info goes away completely, you can add it again by using the 'Add Additional Secondary Name Servers' box at the bottom of the name server page. When you edit the name servers in your domain record, you are telling the Internet which name server provides the most up-to-date directions. If you don't change the name servers in your domain record (let's say you use your old web host's DNS), then your web site will point to a server that isn't hosting your domain.
