The Forum was set up on 27 February 2006 by the parent of a light sensitive child as a place where people could come to talk about their experiences, concerns and frustrations in a supportive, unsensored and secure environment. It was set up as a completely independent venture.

When masking loud conversations, it can be helpful to include some chatter voices in the mix. You might try the presets that feature a mix of Voices, Music & Nature Sounds. You can always fine-tune your preset in the Advanced Mode.

Soundstream never captures the audio it picks up. Soundstream does communicates with this server on Fridays to check if a new version of Soundstream is available. The information sent at that time is limited to the standard information any browser will send when you visit a website as well as the current version of Soundstream you are using.
