You may have rosacea. Rosacea (pronounced rose-ay-shah) is a condition affecting the skin of the face - mostly the area where people blush. Yes. We have found that intense pulsed light, or IPL, photo facial treatments work best for hyperpigmentation or sun damage on the face or other areas of the body.
