Frozen orders take up to 24 hours to process. They ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday ONLY. Why do frozen products ship separate from your other products? We have a separate warehouse to hold frozen orders, so they will usually ship separate from all non-perishable items.

All orders received Monday through Thursday are shipped by FBS by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be shipped the day after the next regular business day.

Most of our orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Mail. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Internationally are subject to additional fess and/or shipping charges and may be shipped by another method such as UPS 2nd Day Air.

All orders within the Continental U.S. are normally shipped via USPS or UPS. See Shipping and Handling above.

NO! Do not freeze the specimens following fixation. This will likely create freeze artifacts. After perfusion, keep the brains or heads in fix, or later in buffer, and ship at room temperature. See - SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS for specifics.

At this time Country Meadow Creations only ships their products within the continental United States. All international orders will be cancelled without notice. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Orders are processed the following business day after your order is placed (excluding weekends). If we do not encounter any problems with your credit card or shipping address, your product will ship that day unless otherwise noted such as items on backorder. If you chose FedEx as your shipping method, and you provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive an automatic shipping notification from FedEx with the tracking number for your order.
