All the entrees come fresh made to order! We suggest you freeze anything you're not going to eat within 4 days. The items we consider to be more freezable are marked on the label.

A recipe must contain ingredients and the directions for assembling those ingredients. A recipe may contain your suggestions or comments relevant to that recipe. From time to time the Lead Moderator may decide to post an article explaining a recipe or technique in more detail. I don’t suggest honey be substituted, but you could use maple syrup or brown rice syrup. Agave nectar releases into the system more slowly and therefore is the best option. The soups and entrees can be frozen. However, the ones with avocado will turn a darker shade, so they will not be as visually appealing. But nutritionally they will be fine. Yes you can. We provide the first set of bags and lables and suggest that you bring a box of gallon size freezer Ziploc bags to avoid the additional charge for a second set. When it’s appropriate to the meal, we’ll include pasta or rice with your entrée. Many of our participants like to provide their own side dishes in order to customize the meal to their own taste.
