Yes I designed and made the layout myself (excluding all Neopets graphics). Lostaquariam made the banner and some of the link buttons for me. I got all the content for the site through a lot of research and help from members of the PPT (pinkpt.com) forums.

The layout was created using stock photography by VampishV and brushes by Jenn B. It was created in Adobe Photoshop CS2. I'm sorry, but no. I don't have the time, or patience, to try and teach anyone how to create websites. There are plenty of HTML help sites out there. Just go to Google and type in "HTML help".

The current layout (orange w/pics from press conferrence) was made in Paint Shop Pro 7 with a few brushes from The Butterfly.

VHR does not provide HTML support for building layouts, but there are plenty of good resources on the web ? just try searching for "HTML tutorial" or "HTML help". Once you've got the code you want to put onto your ranch, click "My Ranch" in the left menu bar, then "Edit Ranch". There is a large box that you'll need to paste the code into ? then click the "Edit Ranch" button near the bottom of the page.

Frankly, we don't know and there's really no way to know! We start building new stuff after each show and reuse built items all the time. Some of us build all the time and some of us don't build for weeks.

No. Sorry, but I'm really swamped with all my other work, and I don't have the time or the inclination to make entire layouts, graphical elements, or other such things for people's pages. (I have a hard enough time keeping mine up-to-date! Besides, now that I'm finally working a bit in web/multimedia design, if you really want me to make you a layout you can pay me by the hour like everyone else.

No, sorry. I just don't have time to accept custom requests. I used to respond to each request saying no, but I'm tired of people not taking the time to read my lookup or this site. So from now on, any custom request will be ignored and any neomail asking for a custom will be deleted. Sorry to be so rude about it, but I just don't have an hour or more to spend sending out "I don't accept custom requests". I'm sure you'd rather I spend it making lookups & layouts ;>

Ok, this cannot be explained.. Get a nice program like psp then start trying.. find a basic tutorial... explore and play around. Download brushes and place them on your images.. use your creativity. Sorry, can't say much more.
