You will receive an additional email once your order has shipped. If your order is eligible for tracking, the email will include a tracking number and a link to which you may view the shipment status of your order. You may also log into your account to obtain the tracking information. Tracking numbers are available once your order has shipped. Not all orders are able to be tracked. If tracking information is available, we will email it to you once your order has shipped.

We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days (unless otherwise posted on the website). Depending on the shipping method you choose (FedEx or US Mail) and where you live, delivery times will vary. For FedEx Overnight, for 95% of locales, FedEx delivers by 3pm at the latest the following business day. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

Once you have been notified that your product has won, you will receive a winners' packet that includes your certificate, promotional opportunities, a seal license agreement and an order form for preprinted self-stick seals. Winners are urged to order seals in advance of trade shows and to display their NAPPA seal to brand their product as a NAPPA Gold or Honors Award winner.

You can place an order at on this website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When their packages arrive all customers will receive instructions on how to re-order the product.

While faster on delivery time depends on how close your are to Pittsfield, MA, your order still needs to be processed, pulled and packed and in some cases made. Your order on rare occasions can take up to two weeks to arrive depending where you are and the speed of the mail service. When shipping out side the USA, orders can longer (we ask that you insure any orders outside the USA).

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.
