The majority of diamond rings such as solitaire diamond engagement rings and half diamond eternity rings are straightforward to size. Full diamond eternity rings, however, are more difficult to re-size and so in the majority of cases, we would simply provide a replacement to you at the correct size.

If before ordering your ring you are not certain that you have the correct finger size measurement we recommend that you wait until you receive the ring from us to verify the correct finger sizing and then have the ring engraved by a local jeweler. If you order the wrong finger size for a ring that has personal engraving, you should first check to see whether that ring style can be resized.

Shapiro Diamonds offers overnight ring sizing at no extra charge to our customers. If you present the ring and it does not fit, just bring it back to us to resize for her. We always suggest getting a bigger size than you think, therefore the ring will go on her finger without a problem when you propose.

We can size the ring up or down up to one full size increment for no charge within the first three months of purchase on most rings. We do offer ring sizing for a small fee. Generally speaking, any ring can be safely sized up or down 2 sizes. However, many styles of ring (such as eternity bands) are not sizeable or difficult (invisible set) to size. Please consult us in relation to your ring sizing.

Yes, there is a $20.00 resizing charge for silver rings and a $50 charge for gold rings. Charges include return shipping charges within the United States (additional shipping charges apply to address outside the US, please email us for the total charges). You should mail the ring back in a well padded and insured package. We do not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail when returned for resizing.

Solitaire and three stone settings usually take 2-4 days but can be rushed when necessary. Custom mountings usually take 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver.

Yes - it is indeed possible for us to do this at the production stage on your diamond engagement ring or wedding band. Engraving is priced at £5 per character to a maximum of 10 characters. The characters can be letters or numbers, or a combination of both, and is usually in italic script. Ring size - You can find information about measuring your finger at home in our Sizing Chart, we strongly advise you should find a local jeweler who can figure out your exact ring size, however, if you are using our Sizing Chart to measure your finger or if you are uncertain about your ring size, it would be better to take a smaller size since stretching a ring is easier then making it smaller.
