ACH is an electronic check. It is an established legal form of payment through various federal statutes and banking regulations in the United States and Canada. Only authorized ACH business can debit any customer's checking bank account when authorized by any customer when payment is due - it is like charging a credit card.

Paypal eChecks are payment which draw off of the customer's bank account. Paypal submits an electronic transfer from the bank and when the money arrives, passes it along to Kaosweaver. If you make an eCheck payment, you can check the status of the payment on your details tab (it will be label uncleared until the payment has been sent to Kaosweaver). The single-payment ACH Authorization used by CashNetUSA behaves the same as a paper check. Once presented to your bank for payment of the loan, it will send the specified amount of loan fees and or principal, (depending on if the loan is paid-in-full or extended on the due date) to CashNetUSA to satisfy the loan agreement. No. The ACH Authorization can only be revoked AFTER we have received payment in full of the amount owed.
