For communicating in Quenya, try the Quenya mailing list. You are asked to post to this list primarily in Quenya, using English only for translation (as in “Here's what I meant to say. Did I get it right?”). Elfling is a good choice also; members have posted a great deal of poetry in Quenya and Sindarin, and Didier Willis composed and posted a Quenya murder mystery. Lisa Star, editor of Tyalië Tyelelliéva, hosts an Elvish Poetry Prize, awarded every other year.

Elvish among us, is the collective name of the Elven languages that were invented by Professor John Ronald Reuel Tolkien and are exemplified as placenames, personal names and short texts in his major works. The Elven linguists are interested in Elvish made by Tolkien, and usually in the other languages (Dwarvish, Adunaic, Orkish etc) of Middle-earth. There is no direct answer (well, what is the difference between Spanish and Italian?). They are both elvish but different languages. The long sundering between the Sindar and Nandor of Middle-earth and the Vanyar and Noldor of Valinor evolved both languages indepedently from their common ancestor. You can not speak ancient Egyptian. First of all, this language has been dead for some 1500 years already. Secondly, the Ancient Egyptians did not write any vowels, just consonants, so we do not know what their language sounded like. In addition, their language is bound to have evolved a lot in its more than 3000 year long recorded history. It is unlikely that an Egyptian from 3000 BC would have understood an Egyptian from 300 BC. See similar questions...
