You can request a Password Reminder at HACU's website under Members/Member Login Info. Enter your username, leave the password field blank and click on the "Login" button. A red message will appear saying your password is being emailed to you. If you do not receive your password, contact Member Services as the email we have for you in our system might be incorrect.

To retrieve your password, simply click on the Forget Password? link. Once there, enter your username and click on the "Send Password" button. You will receive an email with your password enclosed. Please note that we can only send passwords to the email address listed in your profile.

License keys are not sent. You can just hit the "I've Paid" button if/when you see the license panel again and as long as you are on the same machine/logic-board, it should work.
