Disc Two: Interpersonal Effectiveness will improve your team building, conflict management, customer relations and other interpersonal skills. This problem is very rare, but can be caused in cases where your television set is unable to support the signal that your DVD player outputs whilst playing the DVD. This will be because the disc in encoded in NTSC format, and your television is unable to support this format (also see 'What are NTSC and PAL?'. There is a solution that easily resolves this problem in almost all cases. Your DVD player may have options for the 'NTSC output'.

In order to view on screen lyrics on your television, you need a CDG or CD+G compatible player. If you insert an ABCD's Custom Karaoke Disc into a non-cdg compatible player, you will hear the music but will not see any on screen lyrics. Please understand that most DVD players are not CDG compatible and while they will play the music, they will not display the words on the television screen.
