Goldfish Aquarium has multiple monitor support for Mac. If the Aquarium is not displaying on all of your monitors, click HERE. Goldfish Aquarium will automatically switch between regular and widescreen mode depending on the size ratio of the window or screen being used for display.

Goldfish Aquarium 2 supports widescreen AND multiple monitor displays. It will mirror the Aquarium in each of the monitors you have, but will not stretch the Aquarium across your displays. This is a feature we are working on for the future.

We have a special version of Marine Aquarium 2 that supports both widescreen and multiple monitors. The multiple monitor function on Goldfish Aquarium only works with the screen saver mode not the application. If you are not seeing displays on all monitors when Goldfish Aquarium is running as a screen saver, bring up the Goldfish Aquarium settings menu, click on the Settings tab, and check "Use multiple monitors" under Screen Effects.

The multiple monitor function on Marine Aquarium only works with the screen saver mode not the application. You can change the multiple monitor settings by going to System Preferences/Desktop & Screen Savers (Screen Effects in OS10.2 Jaguar) and clicking on the OPTIONS button. There are always eight Fish slots in the Fish settings screen, however the eighth Fish only appears in widescreen mode (click HERE for more information on Marine Aqurium's widescreen mode).

We are working on built-in support for dual-monitor setups. Currently, running Marine Aquarium on a dual monitor system will either blacken one monitor or not affect it at all. Dual monitor support is a feature that we are working on for our next upgrade, which should be available soon.

Currently we do not permit people to create or add custom goldfish fish for Goldfish Aquarium. The reasons is multifold, but the most important one is that while we trust an artisan would be motivated, and even capable of creating a truly wonderful masterpiece, there are others that might not, and if a version were to get out that was less than the highest quality, it might reflect poorly on us.

We built the Goldfish Aquarium 2 to act as a demo until you entered a valid keycode or unlocked it with a CD. To properly install Goldfish Aquarium 2, and activate the demo mode, follow the instructions below: IMPORTANT: Be sure your anti-virus software is deactivated for the duration of the download and install. After downloading the program, find the folder you downloaded to and double-click the Goldfish Aquarium 2 file.

The simplest way to uninstall the Goldfish Aquarium 2 is to run the Uninstall option through the START menu under Programs/LifeGlobe/Goldfish Aquarium 2. Alternatively, you can use the Add/Remove Programs utility located in the Windows Control Panel to remove Goldfish Aquarium 2. This should clean your system of any Goldfish Aquarium data.

There are several cases where you may need to fully uninstall and reinstall Goldfish Aquarium 2. Please consult the "Troubleshooting" section of our FAQ first for a solution there. However, corrupt downloads, new system settings, new video card drivers, or other such circumstances may make Goldfish Aquarium 2 stop running properly.

Version 1.0.4 of the software supports rudimentary scaling of the interface to whatever size your monitor is set to. The graphics and interface elements may become hard to read at smaller sizes. Once you have finished your layout, open the Finished Layouts screen and select the layout. Add this template into the Batch Output Box and select Run Batch. A pop-up screen will appear showing the current layout name, output size and the High Rez. file type.
