Most gum will stick to your aligners and continuous chewing may excessively wear your aligners. In some instances, chewing gum that doesn't stick to the aligners (and there are some) could facilitate tooth movements. Discuss this possibility with Dr. McAnnally.

You can have sugar-free gum or mints but limit these to 5 per day. Most of these sugar-free products contain Sorbitol which can stimulate appetite or cause an upset stomach.

Yes. You should only drink water when wearing aligners. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and other beverages often contain sugar or acids that could flow into your aligners then subject the teeth to decay, decalcification of enamel, and unsightly white spots. Follow the general guideline: Only drink water when wearing aligners.

Even though you have to wear the aligners all day, you cannot eat and drink sodas or juices with the aligners on. It is fine to drink water. After you are done with the treatment you may need to use retainers for couple of month but you don't have to use the tray anymore.

One piece of gum came in each unopened United States Garbage Pail Kids wax pack from the original 15 series produced in the 1980s, and it was the same type of gum as the Bazooka bubble gum, which Topps also produces. I recommend not trying the gum that came in the original series 1-15 packs because it is so old that it is probably unsafe to chew. Most likely, the old gum would be extremely stale and hard, but it is also possible that bacteria, mold, and/or mildew were growing on the gum.

I haven't come across any information to answer that particular question. However, I would think that most of the Pueraria Mirifica (the main ingredient) is released slowly within a few minutes. So, I suggest that you chew the gum until you want to stop or until there is no more flavor. Chewing Bust Up Gum for breast enhancement should be fun and easy. I don't think there's any reason to believe that chewing it for a specified duration will make much of a difference.
