Arena teams are created in the same fashion that guilds in the game are created. Special Arena NPCs called Arena Promoters are in various main cities like Ironforge, Orgrimmar, and Gadgetzan. Talking to an Arena Promoter is like talking to a Guild Master NPC. You purchase an Arena charter for 50g based on the type of Arena match you wish to play (2-vs.-2, 3-vs.-3, 5-vs.-5), and then have the appropriate number of players sign that charter.

To disband your Arena Team, use the command /teamdisband # where # is the type of team (2v2, 3v3, or 5v5). If you wish to leave an Arena Team, you can use /teamquit # (2v2, 3v3, or 5v5) to do so.

A .arena file makes your map show up in the Map menu in JK2 (and also in the correct game type i.e. CTF, Duel, etc.) map : This is the "mapname" part of you mapname.bsp. So if you're map is 'duel_room.bsp' then put 'duel_room' in this value. (Note: Must be enlosed in quotations!!) longname : This is the name of the map that is displayed in the Map Menu and when a map loads. Basically if you want to give your map a really 'cool' title or something, it will go here.

The championship is primarily for teams made up of drivers from the company they work for. Over the years this has been extended to teams that have sponsorship or backing from a recognised group or companies paying for their customers to race as part of an incentive or reward scheme. We are happy to welcome privateer entries to the competition as long at the team name reflects the members of the team.

Although we allow teams of three to five members, we recommend forming teams of four. Studies have shown that teams of four are most conducive to creativity and collaboration. We also recommend building a team with varied backgrounds and skill sets. Many teams attribute their success to differences in gender, culture, areas of expertise, and professional backgrounds.

The arena will be a multipurpose arena with the University of Louisville men’s and women’s basketball teams as the primary tenants, with priority scheduling. Should the dates not conflict with the University of Louisville basketball program, the options are open for secondary tenants, including major and minor league sports teams.

FIRST puts a limit on the number of students on a team during the season. The lower limit is ignored at the time of the competition. I have seen a single student at a competition when the rest had the flu (they won the Against All Odds award). Of course, demonstration of teamwork and team spirit becomes problematic.

Yes, tryouts are held, but remember that we need riders at all levels. Tryouts are held at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, but arrangements may be made at any time of year. If too many riders at a given level tryout for the team, they may be wait listed. If spaces open up, some riders who have been wait listed may be asked to join. Riders who have been on the team at the lower levels have to try out from year to year.

You may take advantage of the farm's excellent lesson program to improve your skills and tryout again at a later date.

The team may simply recommend continued accreditation with no recommended follow-up activities before the next scheduled visit in 2016. If an institution is in serious trouble, the team could recommend probation or even withdrawal of accreditation .

The faction system, similar to guilds in other games, is in development and will more then likely be included at a later date. The system allows players to form groups of like-minded players. When instituted, registering with the City Plex government will start factions. The leader of the faction can then ask whomever they want to join. If the person accepts, the faction prefix, or call letters are added to the person's name, indicating that they are a faction member.

Go to "TOURNAMENT HOTELS" to view the list of available hotels, which are in close proximity of the field venues. After viewing the list, click on the "TEAM RESERVATION" form which is found on the left sidebar of the page. Complete the online reservation form and press "SUBMIT". An automatic message will appear showing that your request was properly submitted. An "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER" will be e-mailed to you within 3 business days showing your hotel reservation.
