Log into the web interface of the mail server your domain is setup on, using your Admin account; i.e. admin@[domain].com. This will be either http://mail.orcsweb.com or http://mail3.orcsweb.com All messages addressed to invalid addresses will be delivered to the POP account specified on Alias Name selected. A "Catch-all" is not recommended due to the amount of spam that will result, but it is an available feature if required.

To set wildcard delivery for an account, give it an additional Email address that includes a wildcard character ("*") followed by "@" and the local mail domain for which the wildcard account will accept mail. For example, an account with the address "*@tenon.com" will receive al messages sent to unknown address in the local mail domain "tenon.com".

When using my POP email account, I get the error message Unable to logon to the server using Distributed Password Authentication Acount... I'm not getting email confirmations for my sub accounts any more. I receive email for renewal orders, but not for new registrations. When I try to send mail through my email client I get the following error message: "Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the sender. 501 Please send additional RCPT or DATA"

Of course! One of your Email Forwarding Accounts (see above) can be used as *@myname.com. That way emails sent to any address that isn't specified by another alias or account will be forwarded to a "Catch-All" email address.

Offline messages are checked every 15 minutes and then sent via email to you if you have enabled offline message forwarding via email. The time may be slightly longer if there are a large number of messages being sent on the server. Offline e-mail setting can be changed from the Preferences, under Server Preferences.

Using Disposable Email Addresses will not effect any email that is sent directly to your Real Email Address. Only email sent to your Disposable Email Addresses goes through the Disposable Email Address Service.

WebCom provides Email Distribution Lists. This provides you with the ability to send a single message to an email address, and have it automatically forwarded to one (or more) recipients. Any email address you create at WebCom can be configured to send an automatic response to incoming messages, either once to each individual sender, or every time a message is received. Other than this, no other conditional processing is possible.

Any email that is sent to an unknown account at your domain name, such as unknown@yourdomain.com, gets automatically rerouted to your default email account.
