What is the SAP Internet Transaction Server?
ITS FAQThe SAP Internet Transaction Server is a tool which enhances the three-tiered R/3 architecture for use in the Internet. It combines existing Internet technology with R/3 technology and allows reliable access to SAP functions from the Internet or intranets. Mechanism for linking to SAP reports and pre-generated lists from an HTML page. Links to the Web Reporting Browser, which displays R/3 report trees, are also possible. Web Reporting is implemented as a special-case WebRFC.
