Most students beginning in 2007 will register the week commencing 18 September, with classes beginning the week commencing 25 September. Successful candidates are notified, and ComSci Fellowship announcements are made, during the last week in June. Work assignments usually begin in late September and end in June. However, to coincide with the legislative calendar, which begins in January, the Capitol Hill work assignment may begin in January and end in October. The ComSci Fellowship Program ends with graduation on the fourth Thursday in June.

The application and application fee are due to Graduate Admissions by Jan. 7 of each year. Please check the Graduate Admissions page for more information. The Foundation has deadlines for both Phase I Applications and Phase II invited Proposals. Deadlines for Phase I Applications are 4:30 p.m. on May 1 to be considered for the December grant cycle, and 4:30 p.m. on November 1 to be considered for the June grant cycle. If May 1 or November 1 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4:30 p.m. the following Monday. The Foundation encourages earlier submissions.

Typically semester one starts on the last Monday in February and ends in early June. With the exam period running until approximately June 20-24 th. Semester two starts in mid-July, and finshed 14 weeks later. The semester 2 exam period runs from late October to mid November. The exact dates vary from year to year.. No classes in the veterinary degree are offered in the summer (3 rd) semester.

Generally, as long as we have all documentation in place 30 days before the term starts your aid will arrive in time for the first day of classes. Although there are no federal, state or institutional financial aid options available for this program at this time, there may be several tuition reimbursement opportunities through your place of employment.

The payment deadline is listed on the top right hand side of the student bill. Generally, the Fall semester bill is due around the last Wednesday in July. The Spring semester bill is due around mid-December. After the semester payment deadlines, all payments are due at the time of registration.
