A - We can provide an estimate during (or following) an initial meeting to discuss the your needs. Following your approval to proceed, we will develop a proposal describing the features/functions of the site, the final cost, the implementation schedule, and the payment schedule.

Many attorneys call us believing that they need one type of service but on discussion of your case facts, we discover that you need a different type of service to meet your goals. We will pick up the material. We will recycle the corrugate cardboard and remove any trash.

If we have to estimate your account, our estimates are based on your previous electricity usage and also take seasonal variations into account. It is a good idea to check our estimate with the actual meter reading though. If the variation is large, you may wish to provide us with your own meter reading. This can reduce fluctuation between bills, helping you to monitor how much electricity you are actually using.
