UP Diliman students (enrolled in the current semester): Go to the UP Computer Center to get your account activation details. Bring your UP Form 5 and UP ID. Faculty/Staff/REPS: Please go to the UP Computer Center to create your account. Bring your appointment paper from HRDO and UP ID. You may send a representative with your signed written authorization letter and your representative's UP ID plus your appointment paper from HRDO and your UP ID.

After five failed attempts to log on using the same account, the account becomes locked out. This policy ensures others do not try to guess or otherwise hack another user's account. After five minutes, you should be able to try logging in again.

You can have all of your email addresses associated with your account. To add another email address to your account, go to "My Account" and click "Add new email".

Click the "Rules" tab, then from the "Type" drop-down menu select "Forward" and click "Create". Type a descriptive name for the new rule, such as "Send to Hotmail". If you want ALL of your email to be forwarded to a different email account, you do not need to Define Optional Conditions. From the "Define Action" area in the "To:" box, type the email address you would like to forward your Groupwise mail to.

We use the email address with which you register to keep track of your account. It is also the address we use to notify you of new opportunities and happenings. If you would like to change your email, you must email us changeemailaddress@SantaBarbaraJobs.net with your old email and the email you'd like to change to. We will assume that you'd like your password to remain the same. If not please supply us with the password you would like to update your account with as well.

NOTE: During the changeover to the new email system on December 29, 2003, your password will be reset to the last four digits of your social security number. We strongly recommend for you to change your password once you have logged in.

To log in to WebMail, you will have to use a valid EastLink email address and password. This can be the email address and password for any primary or secondary EastLink email account you have. For instance, if you have three EastLink email addresses (one primary and two secondary), you can log in to WebMail using any one of those three email addresses along with its associated password. Please remember that you will only be able to read mail for the email address you used to log in.

You may forward the incoming mail to another email address through the Account Manager link (in the top menu of WebMail interface). Check the instructions for the set up.
