In most programs, there are 2 types of videos. We refer to these as "head shots" and "full screens". You can expand the type size in Quick View if you are having problems reading the story. There is a range of sizes for your viewing needs. You can enlarge the page itself by clicking on the icons in the upper right, but stories are meant to be clicked on.

If you don't like the default font size, there is a magnifying glass on the each story page in the top right corner. Click it to load a larger font size for the body copy. The setting is saved to your computer, so the font sizes for the site will all change unless you click the magnifying glass again to set it back to the default size.

Yes. To make the chat window bigger, click on the icon at the bottom that has four arrows pointing in. A new browser window will pop up; if you are using any software to block pop-ups, disable it before attempting to enlarge the window.

You can use Tools->Options to control the size of everything - font, arrow, snap ... or press the "big" button for 150% size increase. You can save and load different options for different drawing sizes. However, this is for the screen. For the printer, you can use Tools->Options to change the printing controls, but note this is getting into expert-level changes.
