We suggest starting with iron fortified rice cereal given off of a spoon, once/day. Most parents start this feeding prior to the last bottle or breastfeeding of the evening. Probably at about 3- 4 weeks, you can begin to train your baby to use a bottle by having another person give a bottle of pumped milk about twice a week.
