You may pursue a second undergraduate degree if you complete all requirements for both degrees and if you complete a minimum of 24 semester ours beyond those required for the first degree and a minum of 144 semester hours. Additionally, courses accepted toward any requirements (general education, major, cognate or minor) for the first degree are not applied to the major requirements for the second degree. Students pursuing second degrees are urged to consult with both deans early in the process.

As long as you meet the University's Core Curriculum and Free Elective Requirements, you will only need to meet the Major and Electives for the Major requirements to obtain a Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Administration and Planning.

It normally takes between one and a half and two years to complete the BEd (Consecutive) degree on a full-time basis. If you plan to take two years to complete the program, the normal course load is 5 courses per term. If you plan to complete the program in a year and a half, you would need to take 6 courses per term and stay for Intersession and Summer Session. The practicum would then take place in the Fall term and the degree would be completed near the end of December.

You must apply for admission to UNC and declare your major as dietetics on the application form plus contact Amy Baird to notify her that you plan to enroll in the Distance Dietetic Program and that you have applied for admission to earn your degree from UNC.

You can use a maximum of twelve FCEs from your previous degree (from the University of Calgary or from another University) towards a University of Calgary B.A. in Philosophy.
