The U of M has reciprocity agreements with Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Manitoba. Students from Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska may qualify for discounted tuition at the University of Minnesota through the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP).
