We feed this food to our puppies as well. The 'puppy mush' meals we start the puppies on is simply this food ground up and mixed with warm water and milk supplement. Before the time the puppies leave us they are eating three meals a day of Performance mixed with warm water. You will be able to switch the puppy to two meals of 1 cup of dry food a day whenever you choose.
