If you have previously registered the product, follow directions here to look up your registration key.

Email us with your request along with as much information that was used during your registration as possible. We will validate that information and send you the license key via email.

Email writerscafe@anthemion.co.uk and we'll find your key. Please quote your order reference number, name and preferably the email address you used when ordering Writer's Café or StoryLines.

Easy: just write to the author who has programmed the product. Send him an email, specify your full name and email address which you used when you ordered the key first (there seems to be a tendency to change email addresses at least 3 times a year). Contact addresses of all authors can be found here.

Email support@moneydance.com will the full name of the person who made the purchase and we will send you an email with your registration key.

Please send us a reactivation request email at helpdesk@docsmartz.com. Our customer support team will send you the Registration Key after user verification.

License keys are not sent. You can just hit the "I've Paid" button if/when you see the license panel again and as long as you are on the same machine/logic-board, it should work. Sometimes Paypal's IPN service is slow to register the purchase, please wait several hours and try the "I've Paid" button again.

You can contact our support or send an email to support@flash-video-mx.com.with your Order No. and your registered email address for the purchase. You will retrieve it after the information is confirmed by our support. If you are not using the registered email address, please send us your Order No. and registered email address, plus mail address or phone No. or other information you keep for your purchase.
