Phase II Pasta Machines Inc. maintains full stock of both domestic and imported machine parts. We have parts stocked for machines dating back to the late 60's. In addition, most of our machines are assembled using components available directly through W.W. Grainger. W.W. Grainger is a national supply chain with locations existing throughout the country. You may wish to consider replacing your air conditioning or heating system if it is old, inefficient or in need of repair. Today's systems are as much as 60% more efficient than those systems manufactured as little as ten years ago. In addition, if not properly maintained, wear and tear on a system can reduce the actual or realized efficiency of the system.

There are original and reproduction parts available for several machines. The availability of parts depends on the popularity of your machine. Round corner machines have the largest parts selection. These machines are the most popular and several reproduction parts have been produced. Square corner machines are increasing in popularity, but parts for these machines are not readily available.

The parts you can replace in the field are limited to the extremities. Parts vary according to weight and style of the manikin. Call 800-431-4310 for quotes. The factory also replaces and repairs these manikins. You must call for a return authorization for repairs.

Be sure to provide the model and serial number of your product. For parts that will be replaced under warranty, contact Victory's Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return defective parts to the factory, freight prepaid. The RA number must be marked on the outside of the carton or delivery will be refused.
