The HT71XX provides a +/-5% voltage tolerance while the HT71XX-1 offers an enhanced +/-3% voltage tolerance.

A voltage regulator, aka a charge controller, is a device in a photovoltaic system which prevents over charging (aka 'cooking') batteries. Depending upon the sophistication of the unit, it may also prevent over-discharge of the batteries and reverse charging of the cells.

A voltage regulator functions as a voltage converter as well as a voltage stabilizer. A voltage stabilizer will stabilize the electricity to a fixed current. VC model transformers come with a European-to-American plug adapter. You can find additional types of plug adapters on our site.

The HT71XX-1 (HT71XX) series of voltage regulators is offered in voltage ranges of 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.4V and 5.0V.

The old version of the HT 71XX has both TO92 and SOT89 packages. The new version, the HT 71XX-1 series is offered in TO92 and SOT89 packages as well as an additional SOT25 package type.

The voltage regulator controls or regulates the alternator's output. Think of it as the brains of the charging system. It senses how much voltage is needed by your vehicle, then modifies the field current within the alternator so it puts out just the right amount of current. Too little current can allow the battery to run down while too much can damage it and other electrical and electronic components.

You need to look at the board. Near the Slot1 connector there is a chip with around 30 pins or so. Some of these chips can provide 1.3V-3.5V, while others can only provide 1.8V-3.5V. Attention, dual-cpu boards have two voltage regulator chips, and it is possible that one is of the new type and the other not! This list is not complete. Asus has used quite a lot of different voltage regulator chips on its boards, so it's possible there are even more that Asus used I'm not aware of.

The HT73XX series of voltage regulators offer voltages in the following categories: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.7V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.5V and 5.0V voltage levels.

In far and away the majority of R/C Rx applications a 6v NiMH pack provides the same faster servo speed and increased servo output power a 6v Nicad would without any of the twitches or jitters long associated with Nicad 6v systems. Nicads display a relatively high ‘surface voltage spike’ fresh off of a peak charge, and that’s what’s producing those un-nerving servo jitters.

All of the above wires carry relatively little current. A #14 wire (check the package at the parts store) will be plenty heavy for these wires. Ground - There should be a #14 wire from this connection to one of the mounting screws on the base of the voltage regulator. You will need to make the following connections in addition to the above.

The equipment used that permits the diver to breath the air from the air cylinder. The regulator also provides the connection of the SPG and the BCD to the air cylinder. The quality and performance of a regulator is measured by how easy it breathes.

Remember the voltage is 220 Volts in Europe. You will need a voltage converter and adapter plugs for all electrical appliances. Check with the labels on your electronics items, many will be dual voltage- laptop computers, video chargers, etc... Back to top

Using a standard r/c battery meter with a 300mah load you will get 5.5 volts on a 4.8v (4 cell) pack. And about 6.9 volts on a 6v (5 cell) pack. The radio battery will read 10.8v

If you're using T-Tape, soaker dripline or Aquapore you will need a regulator. Read the individual product descriptions for pressure recommendations. If you're using pressure compensating emitters, Shrubblers® or misters and have normal pressure you may not need a regulator. If you are using sprayers, you may want to use a pressure regulator to bring the water pressure into the rated range of the sprayer, since they will generally put out more water at higher pressures.

The setup for a simple drip system coming off a hose bib or faucet is as follows: Timer (optional), filter, pressure regulator, female hose beginning (Easy Loc or Compression), mainline tubing, end.

Ester C is a buffered form of Vitamin C, which is easier on the stomach than other C's (ascorbic acid). If you decide to use Ester C or any of the other buffered form of C (calcium ascorbate or sodium ascorbate), you will be able to provide a much higher dosage than you would with ascorbic acid. If you are providing a buffered form of C, you might want to start out with 500 mg and increase the dosage (splitting the dosage to twice per day) until you determine the bowel tolerance.
