A ticket group is a set of tickets to an event that are for seats that are located next to one another. For example, seats 1 through 4 to a particular baseball game. If you have multiple sets of tickets for seats that are separated, you need to create a ticket group for each set of adjacent seats.

You may write down your address for the ticket delivery on the site. Our ticketing agents will mail the credit card transaction receipt and your ticket to the designated address. However you have to pay the delivery fee yourself.

On Step 2 of the ordering process, please choose the sections of the theater where you will accept seats. We hand-fill each order personally with the theater box offices or from our private inventory to get you the best seats possible in the section or sections you choose. If tickets are not available in the section or sections you have chosen, we will not fill your request.

Buyers may not always want to purchase all of the tickets you have for sale. Our site allows you to sell part of your ticket group without selling the entire group. The logic of our site prevents you from being left with just one ticket, so you should always be left with at least a pair to sell. If you have four tickets for sale, we also will not let our users buy only 1, so you will never be left with just 3 tickets.

All ticket groups sold through our site must meet certain requirements. First of all, the seats must all be next to one another. If you have tickets for various seats at different places in a venue, you need to create more than one ticket group. Second, all the tickets in a ticket group must be in your possession already. If you are still waiting for your tickets to be delivered to you, they are not yet eligible to be sold on our site. Finally, your tickets should be physical tickets.

On the home page of the Ticket Manager you can view the ticket groups you have for sale. You can adjust a ticket group by hitting the Edit link next to that group. If a ticket group is pending sale, you will not be able to edit that group.
