Within 15 days from the time on which an individual received notice of suspension under Texas Transportation Code Section 524.011, or is presumed to have received notice of suspension under Texas Transportation Code Section 524.013, the Department of Public Safety must receive a written request from the driver for a hearing regarding the suspension of his license.

The Respondent must show that all loss caused by the act or omission for which the license was suspended has been fully satisfied.
