You can totally restore a GORE??? product's durable water repellency (DWR) by using a topical DWR treatment product for outdoor fabrics, available at outdoor retail stores. (Note: We do not recommend wash-in treatments.) These special treatments help maintain and restore the DWR on the outer shell fabric of the product so that it remains water and stain repellent. Anyone can properly maintain the DWR on a GORE??? product.

Please note that System Restore does NOT magically restore your ENTIRE system to a previous state. It ONLY reverts some important parts of your system. Therefore it is highly recommended to FIRST uninstall the problematic software, BEFORE you use System Restore to go back to a point prior to the installation of that software.

This can occur if the stained garment is over-sprayed with a Preen Trigger, as too much product is delivered on the stain. To remove the mark refer to the garment manufacturer’s instructions and wash in the warmest temperature recommended with a good detergent. More than one wash maybe necessary.

Yes. We need to make a separate print plate for each size. You will be charged for the total quantity of labels plus a copy change charge for each additional size. Doing this will save you money compared to pricing each size as a separate quantity. Although sizes can be printed on custom logo labels, we encourage small quantity garment producers to consider other sizing options due to the difficulties you may encounter maintaining a proper inventory.

Prior to washing, try applying undiluted Nikwax Tech Wash directly to the stain - if this doesn't remove it then phone us for advice. If it is a very stubborn stain, like oil, we would suggest a professional dry clean and re-proof which we can organise for you.

Cover the image with a cloth before ironing. After washing, hot ironing of the image is recommended as it will enhance the colors.

The fabrics have a maximum stretch of about 6-7". However, the recommended fit allows only about a 2-3" stretch, both in the length and width.
