Our policy is to contact you and ask if you would like to upgrade to the next higher package. If we cannot reach you, you do not want to upgrade, or , you can't upgrade the account, then we charge $9.50 per 1000 MB/Month.

Once you are approaching your limit, you will be notified through e-mail. If you exceed your limit, there is a charge. We recommend that if you often approach or exceed your limit you upgrade to a more comprehensive plan

Your site will be inaccessible for the time being. To avoid this you should inform us that you are willing to pay additional bandwidth fees or upgrade your current plan that will fit your website traffic.

Not on the creation-nation server. If you need more monthly data transfer, you need to upgrade your account. If you need extra bandwidth for only one month, please contact sales to discuss your options when you are about to exceed your limit. It is, however, possible to get additional 'ala carte' bandwidth and other services on some of the other servers in our network.

If it appears that you may exceed your bandwidth limit for the month, we will email you well in advance and ask whether you would like your account suspended when it reaches its quota or whether you wish to pay the $10.00+GST/GB bandwidth overage fee. We won't allow your bandwidth to run over its quota unless we've had your express permission for it to do so.

You should select a program that is appropriate for your needs in terms of revenue generation and aggregate tuning hours. You will be responsible for any overage charges incurred with the addition of a $4.50 processing fee.

Bandwidth transfer is calculated by totaling both your inbound and outbound traffic together for the entire month.

Additional fees, specified in the "Add-On Features" page, will be charged for exceeding the disk space and/or network bandwidth allowance of your selected plan. To avoid these additional charges, we offer free upgrades to the next level hosting plan.

Each time someone views one of your web pages the HTML, images, flash movies etc have to be transmitted from the web server to the client's web browser. This is what we mean by bandwidth usage. Bandwidth is not an unlimited resource so we must allocate our clients a certain amount they can use each month. Even our smallest package includes up to 700MB of data transfer / month which is enough for many thousands of visitors.

The most practical and cost effective thing usually is to upgrade to another account. But if you have special space or bandwidth requirements that our standard plans do not meet, we will be glad to provide a custom quote for you.

Answer: ResCom employees do not make policy or deal with appeals. There are no appeals for any violation except the 4th violation. Violations are not reversed for any reason so please be careful not to go over the limits. Check your current bandwidth consumption (as of the last spot check which happens three times per day or once about every 8 hours). ResLife will listen to appeals for 4th time violators. Only extreme circumstances will be considered.

Once you exceed you limit your account will be suspended. You can keep track of your bandwidth usage through cPanel.

A notification will be automatically emailed to you when your bandwidth usage has reached 80% of your allocated limit. If you surpass your limit, your account will be suspended for the remainder of the month. Additional bandwidth may be easily purchased by submitting a service ticket.

You will receive an email indicating that your bandwidth usage is nearing its quota. When you have exceeded the alloted amount for your account, you will be charged for the excess, which is PHP120.00 per 1GB block. Unless you have a very popular site or are using it for file downloads, you need not be concerned about bandwidth overages. Hosting.ph gives you a generous amount of bandwidth. You can track your bandwidth usage through your control panel.

Then you can decide whether you want to pay for extra bandwidth separately or (@$5 for 5Gb), upgrade to a higher plan.
