For some reason, MS took out the ability to put pictures in the background of your folders in XP. Below are the steps required to get your selected picture back in there...•Open the folder you want a background on.•Make sure you can see ALL files. To do so: Go Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab, under "Hidden files and folders" check "Show hidden files and folders" AND UNCHECK "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)". The Picture and PictureDisplay properties help add and arrange a picture to the control's background. You do NOT have to have a special background. The majority of the fake ID's we process do not have a special back and they look fine. Please remember we will NOT change the background color When one of our customers had a problem finding a blue background, she took some blue colored construction paper/ sheet, taped it up behind her in her room and took the photo there. VirtualTourist displays all pictures in full size and also in smaller thumbnail versions. In order to create a neat and tidy layout, some smaller versions of your pictures are scaled down and cropped to highlight the center of the image. This works very well in about 99% of the pictures on the site, but for a small number in which the subject of the picture is at the extreme edge, the center of the picture does not show the subject. You should not upload pictures larger than 560 x 500 pixels. Pictures larger than this will lose quality dramatically when uploaded into our system. See similar questions...
