However, Eevee will not evolve through happiness into Umbreon or Espeon as Fire Red and Leaf Green do not use a clock system. You need to trade Eevee to Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald or Pokemon XD to evolve it.

If your Pokemon evolves into either a GSC or RS Pokemon, then it won't evolve until you receive the National Dex, and fix the Pokemon Network on One Island.
