The SIM Personal Identification Number (SIM PIN) is a four-to-eight digit numeric or password. You may change the SIM PIN number or disallow the requirement for its use altogether by use of a new menu option. Utilize the PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) number. This is a permanently assigned number to each phone. Each customer will get 10 incidental attempts to utilize the PUK identifier at which time the SIM Card will permanently disable itself, requiring replacement.

The default SIM PIN for your phone is 0000. If you enter this and the phone does not allow you to continue, the SIM PIN has been changed. If this occurs, you must have the SIM PIN reset by a local service center. Please call 1551 for additional information. If you incorrectly enter the SIM PIN into the phone three consecutive times the SIM will become locked. If this occurs, please call 1551 with one of the customer care representatives to assist your in unlocking the SIM.

The standard PIN is 1111. We advise you to change this code the first time you use the SIM to a code you can remember easily.

TickerFactory.com does not use any registration system or ask for any personal identification (such as email address). Tickers using data that needs updating (weight loss, exercise...) only require you to know the ticker web address and the PIN protecting the modifications to its data. The PIN prevents unwanted modification of the ticker while allowing you to keep the same web address for your ticker.

When the PIN requirement is enabled, you are prompted to enter your PIN each time you turn on your phone. Until a valid PIN is entered, you can use the phone only to make Emergency calls. After the PIN is accepted, the phone will register on the network and go to the idle screen. When the PIN requirement is disabled, the phone will no longer require a SIM PIN code to register on the network.

If you have forgotten the pin code or if you have entered the wrong pin code three times, you can set up a new pin code using your eight digit PUK code. The PUK code comes with your SIM card and should be entered into the phone when prompted (please refer to section 3 (PUK code) for instructions on how to unlock your SIM). If you have lost the PUK code you should contact Customer Service.

Since PIN and PUK codes belong to the actual SIM card, we are unable to provide any support and codes. Although your phone is unlocked, your service and/or subscription may not yet be activated yet. Or your phone may not support an appropriate band standard for the selected operator.

Your personal number (PIN) is initially set as your birth date, using the MMDDYY format. If you don’t remember your current PIN, you must request a new PIN in person at the BCC Student Service Center in B125 on the main campus or the main desk at North Campus. Your personal number (PIN) is initially set by Human Resources and is different than your student PIN. If you don't remember your current PIN, please contact Human Resources at (425) 564-2274.

CRUZCAT requires a personal identification number (PIN) for viewing your circulation record, renewing library items online, and placing holds. You will be asked to establish a PIN the first time you use one of these services in CRUZCAT. If you don't already have a PIN, enter the number or password you'd like as your PIN. You'll then be asked to re-enter your new PIN and confirm it by entering it a third time. You create your own PIN, the library does not assign one to you.

Call the customer service number on the back of your card. The Department of Workforce Development does not have access to your PIN. PIN issues must go through the Indiana Debit Card Customer Service Center.

When requesting a PIN, you'll need to provide your name, Social Security Number, date of birth, and mailing address, and submit your request. After that information has been verified with the Social Security Administration's records, a PIN will be generated. If you provide an e-mail address, you'll get an e-mail response in approximately three business days that contains a link to your PIN through the Internet.

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, you will need to request that it be sent to you again. If you think that someone else may know your PIN, or you believe your PIN may have been compromised when it was lost, we can generate a new PIN for you.
