The Venues financing plan has been developed with the assistance of many experts in bond finance, including bond counsel, bond advisors, insurers, underwriters and many other contributors. In conjunction with the development of the financing plan for the Community Venues, the City addressed numerous risk issues and formulated appropriate mitigation strategies. The plan of finance that resulted is prudent, conservative and comprehensive, and has adequately mitigated risk.

The Official Community Plan (OCP) contains Metchosin's current view of itself and its vision of how it will look in the future. This plan displays existing land use patterns, transportation routes, sensitive ecological areas, and services in Metchosin and projects where growth should and should not occur. Requirements and guidelines for growth are laid out in general terms, forming a framework for other, more specific bylaws controlling land use, subdivision and building construction.

If you are a member of the State's Basic Health (BH), Healthy Options, or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and you live in an area we serve, you can select Community Health Plan as your managed care health program. If you are already a BH member with another plan, you may select Community Health Plan during the open enrollment period. If you are a member Healthy Options, you have an opportunity to select a new plan each month.

The Voluntary Sector Support Unit (VSSU) provides support and direct access to information about the council's funding programmes. The Funding Programmes available through the county council are designed to make investment in voluntary and community groups that are providing good quality services.

Some communities may be limited to certain users or groups. To view, read, post, etc. you may need special authorization which only the community moderator and board administrator can grant, so you should contact them.

Our Security staff are under instruction to ensure that all visitors to Green Community have been invited by residents or Green Community Management. The Security staff will contact your residence number to check that you are expecting the visitor. If there is no reply, your visitors will be turned away. Please therefore make sure that we have a record of your residence telephone number that can be provided to our Security staff.

Your home can be accessed in two ways. The first is through Planned Weeks that are requested and scheduled prior to the upcoming season and are communicated by Storied Places OnCall®. The second is through Space Available usage. This access refers to un-booked time remaining after all Owners have selected or exercised their Planned Week options.

Answer: Your required contribution and the University's contribution to the Boston University Retirement Plan are not accessible to you for any reason prior to age 65, while you are employed at the University. However, you may withdraw funds from your Supplemental Retirement and Savings Plan to purchase your primary home. You will be required to pay a 10% tax penalty plus ordinary income tax on any funds withdrawn prior to age 59½, per Internal Revenue Service regulations.

The FLUP is fundamental in establishing goals and objectives for a community's growth and development (or re-development), because it provides a vision of the community in the future. By establishing parameters for types and locations of land use, density of residential use and compatibility between adjacent uses, a sense of order is maintained.

Our level of interaction with the community will grow in stages as our development progresses. We're currently in the pre-production stage of development which involves detailed planning.
