Our stock vinyl decals have an adhesive side that is easily exposed by pulling back on the back portion of paper. We do not use the cling method (for anything that isn't special order) as our standard decals last longer and are more permanent. The adhesive holds the decals as flush to the material as possible. Static cling WebDecals adhere through the exchange of static electricity between the glass and the vinyl. They will adhere to the interior and exterior of a vehicle without adhesive. It is vital that you clean the application surface with a commercial window cleaner before applying your WebDecal. Dirt will reduce the exchange of static electricity and your WebDecal may come off. It is also important that your WebDecal is clean.

Applying a static cling WebDecal is easy. The most important step is to clean the surface thoroughly before application. Use a commercial window cleaner and a clean dry cloth. A static cling WebDecal can adhere to the vehicle body, however, if there is any wax on the vehicle, it will inhibit the clingability of the vinyl. Therefore, we do not recommend or guarantee a static cling decal for the body of your car. We use only top-grade adhesive vinyl that is manufactured for vehicle lettering. They will not harm the paint and are removed easily. A static cling WebDecal can go on a tailgate of a pickup and they look especially good on a chrome bumper.
