We provide a hardware pack in all of our units that include all the necessary tools to assemble the product.

Assembling a Solexx Greenhouse is takes just a few readily available tools. You will need a screwdriver, variable speed drill, sharp knife or utility knife, tape measure, step ladder, GE Silicon-2 caulk, caulking gun, clear PVC glue and a level. I am interested in your Solexx polycarbonate covering. How do you install it? Our specially formulated Solexx greenhouse panels are actually a polyethylene blend.

You'll need a 3/8" wrench (preferably socket wrench) to assemble the bed. In addition, it is best to have an extra person available to assist.

Push control knob in and rotate to pilot position - allow depression of knob for up to 2 minutes to allow the flow of gas to go through the gas line. Push ignitor button once, pilot light flame will appear and be visible in viewing hole below main burner.

NO! Our propane patio heaters are designed, tested and approved for propane use only. Conversion kits are not available. Propane patio heater regulators supply 11" WC and natural gas requires 7" to 10" WC. Also, propane gas line tubing is made of copper and natural gas requires stainless steel.

The required clearance around your patio heater is three feet above and three feet around your patio heater.

All models except the 153100 are designed with a weight plate in the base of the unit for stability. Most units weigh over 60lbs and if you have a 20lb cylinder inside the shroud cover, it will increase the stability and weight of the product. The chances of it being accidentally tipped over are minimal.

Assembly is only required for our beds. All our beds are supplied disassembled to minimize shipping costs. Each bed will come with written assembly instructions and a list of the tools (usually just a hammer and a 3/8 inch socket spanner for the Round Hill bed) required for assembly. Each part is numbered. Bamboo dowels are included to pin the joints together.

All Bell'O? products include complete assembly instructions, and include all fasteners and tools needed. Average do-it-yourself skill is all that is required.

No tools are required to assemble the raised beds. However, to set the pins flush with the top of the planter, a hammer (or nearby rock) may be needed in order to pound the pins into very hard ground. More often, though, the pins can be pushed flush by hand, or left exposed a few inches for use with a shade cloth or greenhouse covering (see below).

A hard level surface is recommended. Placing the unit on a surface that is not hard and level can cause the unit to perform poorly or shut off due to activation of the safety tilt switch.

It may be that your cylinder is malfunctioning, cylinder has a leak, or the pilot is clogged. Please see steps below to troubleshoot. Note: Regular maintenance is critical to the successful operation of your patio heater. Check to see if you can light it manually. If the unit lights manually but not with igniter, service or replace igniter switch. Ensure that there is no air in the gas line.

The patio heater warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product only. Should a component of the heater prove defective, we will cover the cost of the replacement part and the freight costs (within the contiguous 48 United States) to deliver the replacement part to you. Bugs are more attracted to light emitted from an electrical source (such as an outside light fixture) rather than a heat source with an open flame.

NONE. No tools needed . We have designed our garage screen for simple installation. No long complicated instructions. It is easy as 1,2,3 GUARANTEED! No problem. Our screens were carefully designed to accommodate most standard door sizes. We designed our screens to be flexible enough to fit openings that may be a few inches shorter or narrower.

We recommend that you contract a professional technician (such as a plumbing or heating specialist) to install your heater.

NO! The white ring is not packing material, but a fiberglass insulator that increases the heater's efficiency. The Control Valve fitting must be held perfectly vertical when attaching the quick connect fitting. If the alignment is not correct you could have a problem securing the fitting. Should you have difficulty, loosen the three screws that hold the engine assembly to the top of the pole.
