Banners must be under 15kb in size and have dimensions of 400 X 40 pixels. If it is not the correct size, we may reduce it to 400x40. It may not look good. A1) There is no standard for a team banner. Not all teams will even have one. Some tournaments will provide a fabric backdrop to pin your banner to, others will not. What is pretty sure to work is a tri-fold display board. This can stand on its own on the table you are likely to be provided. You put whatever info you want on it. I have seen pictures of the team in practice, information on research projects, printouts of tricky code, or just fancy art work logos.

No, you only HAVE to display the code which matches the size of your first banner. However, we would like for you to display the code for each size you have listed with us. To get the code for each size, just go to the "Join" page and choose the size and type of code you want to display, and it will appear in the text area below. Sure, if you really want to. Remember though, that just because your banner shows up in both rotations it doesn't mean that it will appear less often in the Poetry one.

Banner images should not exceed 200px x 75px in width and height respectively. Images exceeding this size will be cropped or excluded. You can get your banners hosted on a multitude of sites, and we recommend Photobucket, Imageshack or Flickr. For some reason, Blogger Photos does not allow direct linking, so your photos will not show up on our site if you host it there.

Best size is Width 810px Height 100, however you can use any size you like, the page look is designed to fit up to 810px in width and we reccommend 100 px in height as well, format .jpg and .gif

Yes, larger or custom-sized banners are available upon request. Please be aware that a custom-sized banner requires two additional days for production. You can use our Custom Size Banner Cost Calculator located on our "Pricing & Information" page to estimate the cost of the custom size banner.

Answer: No not normally. With the banner delivery system we use it has a set size for each banner in each location and region for every page in the network. Click here for the banner sizes to choose from. Because we use standard banner sizes you will save money on the production costs to make your creatives and this should allow you to use your creatives in any compliant avenue or web site. If a larger size is added to a location the delivery system will cut off the over size.
