With our instructor-led courses, if you request a refund within 30 days, you'll get all of your money back, minus the cost of your instructor ($100 per course; $200 per package). Our Search Engine Marketing Training is taught in conjunction with a university, so strict guidelines apply.

You can cancel your registration at any time; however refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the course date. After this refund cut-off date, only credits or transfers are available.

Send the cancellation refund request via e-mail to jgreen@ire.org. There is a $50 ($25 for students) processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations received after March 7 will not be honored.
