The biggest advantage is that DVD's allow fast, random access to any chapter on the video. This eliminates the need to fast forward and rewind and it eliminates the associated guessing about when to stop the tape. This random access feature is really helpful for videos that are 90 minutes or longer (like most of those we offer).
