All login information is case sensitive, meaning that you must enter your e-mail address and password exactly as you did when you first submitted your resume. Otherwise, the system will not recognize you as a registered user.

quot;Could not login. The specified user name does not exist in the system." - This means that your Blackboard account has yet to be created. Often this is because you just enrolled in a class, and the process for creating your Blackboard account hasn't been completed, or you are enrolled in a class that is not using Blackboard. quot;Could not login.

Getting "The page cannot be displayed" error after submitting an answer may happen consistently or occasionally. The page cannot be displayed" indicates that your browser cannot connect to our exam engine. This could be caused by anything from temporary loss of Internet connectivity to improperly configured proxies and firewalls. If you get this error in the middle of an exam you will need to click the refresh button to reload the page.

You might have made a typing mistake. Before you enter the information again, check the NUM Lock and CAPS Lock keys.

quot;Invalid configuration” messages result when you attempt to start SIMPLE while it is disabled during normal business hours or for scheduled maintenance. You must start and finish your O/PUS load during the specified time blocks. When determining your start time, you need to allow enough time to complete the process before business hours begin. You need to become a member and log in to access most functions. Cookies are used to track your Username/Password. Without accepting cookies you will not be able to use the forum properly. If there is a number in your password, try using the numbers above the letter keys to ensure you are typing in the numbers or check the num-lock key on your number keypad.

It means that the Username or Password that you have entered is not a valid combination. If you have forgotten your Username and Password, you may go to the Forgot Password section under Profile to obtain your password. This is a normal message and nothing about which to be alarmed. It simply means that the client canceled the connection before it had been completely set up - such as by the end-user pressing the "Stop" button. If you have just signed up for your market data account and get the "No Such Account" error, it means we have not yet received confirmation of your account signup with the data provider.
