We make Alotta Gelato several times a week in our store. Our fish comes in everyday, except Sundays. Depending on the variety it is usually 2 to 4 days out of the water. Most of our fish is cut when you need it. Our lobsters and crabs are flown in directly and are live when you take them home. Our multiple varieties of clams, mussels, and oysters are live and ready to eat. You will get at least a 2 day shelf life out of all our fish. Eat it sooner the better!
