Yes you can, however it is against the T and C's that you agreed to when you signed up, and we do not allow discussions on this to take place regarding this subject. However there is a guide available on this site, if you would like to see if it is possible.

Login the router, click "Status" at the top corner, then check "Runtime Code Version". The runtime code version is the firmware version.

While the phone will function, the V3C's firmware does NOT support the Transflash slot, VCast Music, Verizon Music player, MTP Device mode Sync with Windows Media Player, etc... and there is no LEAKED V3M firmware file to flash back! All Xwire firmware upgrades are posted on the Xweb site at, where you can download them for free. To upgrade the router's firmware, use the System screen in the Xwire Management utility.

The latest firmware and drivers can be downloaded from www.3ware.com. A bootable DOS floppy disk or CD-ROM is required to upgrade the firmware. Refer to the attached release notes for the upgrade procedure. You can determine the 3ware model by checking the model number in the BIOS, 3DM, or CLI. If no model number is shown, but the BIOS version starts with FE3X...it is a 5000 series card and FE6X is 6000 series card.

Download and install Nokia Software Updater. Note that flashing the firmware will erase all contacts, messages, calendar appointments, etc from your internal memory. Some of the AlphaStation series systems are "half-flash" boxes, meaning only one set of firmware (SRM or AlphaBIOS) can be loaded in flash at a time. Currently in the CDMA world, the only way for us to get firmware files, is for a copy to be LEAKED to us.. The "Leaked" firmwares are files that are basically "stolen" by a Motorola or wireless carrier employee, who then posts the file on the internet for us... So we can't always count on this ever happening, nor can we have any expectations that a particular firmware will actually get leaked, or when it will be leaked.
